Ever since the first Bahamian guava duff was made, there have been countless reimagining and methods to make this Bahamian treat. The New Duff, started in 2018 captures the texture and taste of the original duff, boiled in pillow cases and served with a silky and sweet guava based sauce.

Chef Deja Burrows brings her international experiences home with authentic and fusion dishes such as Indian Butter Chicken and Roti, and Crispy South East Asian Wontons. Blue Flamingo aims to utualize fresh local ingredients to present its customers with Global Cuisines and cultures.
Saige
Saige is a pop-up restaurant which began selling pasta at local festivals and private events in New Providence.
The idea was borne when the sole proprietor returned to Nassau, after living abroad in London, United Kingdom, and noticed the lack of Italian inspired fast-casual restaurants on the island. After passing all parts of the CPA exam and gaining 4 years public account experience, she mustered up the courage to seriously pursue her business.

Having curated this whimsical company on National French Fries Day in the heart of the pandemic she has created a market for herself with these tasty homemade potato fries sprinkled with cheesy goodness paired with her handcrafted sauces for the perfect gastronomical experience. Having taken loaded fries to another level, she has no doubt that people have started to think about fries in a more dynamic way since the creation of Fries with Benefits.
